An omelette was never easier to make. With classic fry-up ingredients, such as bacon and cheese, this oven-baked one-pan meal will treat your taste buds in the early morning, for brunch or a quickly prepared dinner. We suggest you serve it with a salad on the side.

1 pincée
fromage râpé
20 g
œufs
2 pcs
poivre
1 pincée
jambon fumé
3 tranches

Preparation

  1. Battez les œufs, salez et poivrez.
  2. Coupez le bacon en dés et ajoutez-le aux œufs battus.
  3. Ajoutez un peu de fromage râpé.
